FFCH has five (5) separate facilities which can serve up to 100 children. Faith House serves thirty (30) male children and is located in Fredericktown. Faith House is reserved for our 12 years and under male population and uses Faith's "Ready for Forever ©" Trauma informed, positive based program. Integrity House is located in Fredericktown as well and serves sixteen (16) male youth. Integrity houses teenage males and has additionally implemented a community outreach program which helps the young men develop a sense of responsibility and community. Both of these homes are all individual bedrooms and located directly across from the Fredericktown High School. Peaceful Valley is located in Arcadia Valley and serves sixteen (18) male youth. This facility has many farm type animals and is a Ranch type setting. Grace House is located outside of Fredericktown and serves twenty four (24) girls. This is also where the administration offices are located. Clinical Offices are in Fredericktown located on the top floor of Faith Family Worship Center right next to Faith and Integrity House. Mercy House has twelve (12) male youth and is located across from Grace in a very peaceful setting with its own pond. All the homes can provide Level three (3) & Level Two (2) type of residential care services and can also provide emergency residential services for children. Faith currently has 4 Level Four (4) male beds and 4 Level Four (4) female beds to serve the needs of more severe children.
All services at each site are provided in accordance to Federal, State, and local guidelines. All children receive the same treatment and are encouraged to work Faith's program and make measurable progress on their treatment plan goals to be considered for release.
The residents of FFCH are educated by two different school districts. The four facilities located in Fredericktown, MO (Faith, Integrity, Mercy and Grace) are through the Fredericktown R-I school district, the facility in Ironton, MO (Peaceful Valley) is through the Arcadia Valley R-II school district. The schools along with FFCH administration meet to determine the educational setting that is best suited for each individual. There is a school on the main campus of Faith Foundation Children's Home designed to meet the educational needs of the children at the Faith, Integrity, Grace and Mercy homes. If a child is doing well in this setting then they may have the opportunity to attend Fredericktown's public school system at the discretion of the school and play and participate in extracurricular activities. The children at the home in Ironton attend public school if they are in elementary and an Alternative Safe School located on the grounds of the Arcadia Valley Public school if they are in high school. All education is through the Missouri Public school system and Individual Education Plans are kept up-to-date and diagnostic testing is available to see if individuals qualify for specific services provided by each district.
